Look for sheer colors that can be layered to create a lightly defined wash of color. Storm (gunmetal, above) doubles as a quick liner that doesn't budge.

Lightly flush the apples of your cheek with a strong yet sheer hue. Use a matte highlighter for a more innocent, dimmed-down strobe across the rest of the cheekbone. It's the snarkiest good girl cheek we've seen in a while.
