Makeup Wars: Favorite Facial Oils

This week's Makeup Wars is back with the best of the best facial oils. Nothing soothes and smoothes the skin like a really luxe face oil. And when combined with ingredients like Vitamin C, retinol and moringa, the possibilities are endless.

While I've tried and written about loads of oils, here are my absolute favorites that I always come back to.

OOH! Organic Moringa Anti-Oxidant Face Oil is a lovely moisturizer that contains oleic acid, Vitamins A & C and helps prevent damage from free radicals. It is relatively scent-free, which is a little unusual and sinks into the skin upon contact.

Grab it for about $24.00 with free worldwide shipping from LoveLula.com. Check out my review here.

Pixi Skintreats Rose Oil Blend Nourishing Face Oil is one of my favorite "drugstore" oils. It contains Sweet almond, rosehip, jojoba, pomegranate seed, and rose geranium oils nourish the complexion. In other words, it gives your skin that youthful juicy look.

Snag it from Target for $24.00.

Biossance The Revitalizer harnesses the power of 100% plant-derived squalane to help moisturize skin all over the body. Squalane has been shown to accelerate cell turnover and reveal brighter skin much faster than everyone's favorite, Argan Oil. This means a youthful glow isn't as far fetched as you thought. Plus, it's fragrance-free, non-greasy and won't clog your pores. It's also my hands down favorite oil to mix into a foundation like Cover FX Custom Drops.

Get the glow for $58.00 from Biossance, HSN or Glossybox.

Lumene's Bright Now Vitamin C Dry Skin Cocktail is a biphasic oil that contains Wild Arctic Cloudberry and Encapsulated Vitamin C. Because the Vitamin C is released over time, those with sensitive skin may not find this as irritating as other Vitamin C products. This Finnish facial oil brightens the skin while balancing your moisture levels.

Shake this up at Walgreens for $20.00 and a little less at Amazon.

You can't go wrong with Sunday Riley anything if you can afford them. The Luna oil contains Blue Tansy and Retinol, which will not leave your skin with a blue tint, but will help to reverse the signs of aging quickly. Flora utilizes three types of roses to hydrate very dry skin. If nothing seems to help you win the winter months, Flora has your name on it.

Quench that skin with Flora for $90.00 or Luna for $105.00.
As with all skincare, don't forget to toss it when it's time is up.
