Ever wondered if the InStyler would work on your hair? It looks amazing on QVC and on the infomercial, and was a huge hit at Miami Fashion Week. But is it too good to be true? I don't have the type of frizzy, curly hair that is often shown in the presentations, but I can say that it adds wavy body and smoothness to my hair that is hard to replicate with any other tool. Check out my review here (my hair was so short last fall!).
And the shine! The shine that I get from this is better than any spray could add by itself. And for those curious, I don't see how you could get your hair tangled in this. I'm a super klutz and even I don't think I could manage it.

Well, as you use the flat iron, especially if you use styling products, a build
up of gunk will begin to form on the plates.
That buildup causes excess friction between your hair and the plates. In the
worst case scenario it can be bad enough to cause breakage of the hair. Also
this buildup causes poor heat transfer and that results in poor styling
results. When that happens, people begin to make 2 or 3 passes through their
hair which compounds the heat damage to your hair.
