L'Oreal Studio Secrets Magic Perfecting Base is a primer that is a thick, whipped mousse/creme-like product that you apply before makeup to help give your skin an airbrushed look. It is very dense and a little goes a long way.
I love to use it under my eyes and on the pores around my nose and cheeks. It doesn't give me a flawless canvas, but it works much better than the other product I tested, for a fraction of the cost! Lines under my eyes and the pores around my nose are diminished!
Definitely check it out if you haven't tried it. It is sold out often, but it is usually restocked fairly quickly. Have you tried this? Did it work for you? Tell me in the comments!

Kelly, I use & LOVE this primer!!! One of the best drugstore finds ever!! Sometimes during the summer, though, if it's super hot & humid it tends to melt. That is so not cute, but otherwise I really really like this primer & think that it should be a purchase that every makeup junkie makes.
ReplyDeleteoeh, think I`ll buy & try this when my Sephore primer is all used up! Always open for other peoples recommondations
ReplyDeleteYou look great in the pic! I got a sample in a magazine and tried it and you're right; it's a LOT thicker in consistency than I thought it would be. Not sure I like that, but it DID work.
ReplyDeleteWell you were right about Benefit's. Mine will go back to Sephora. After reading your review I stopped in the store and got a sample so I wouldn't have to open the one I had previously bought. The sample proved that I should return it. I don't feel bad since I never opened it.
ReplyDeleteNow I'll have to watch for a sale on this to try it.
p.s. What color lipstick/gloss are you wearing? I love how it looks.
Hi!
ReplyDeleteI think that color is Celeste from the Diamond Buxom collection. I love the Diamond buxoms - if you love sparkle overload, you'll love them too!
