Who doesn't look the look of YSL's Touche Eclat Radiant Touch? But that price tag takes my breath away every time I need to buy a new one. No7 recently sent me their new Radiant Glow Under Eye Concealer to test drive, so I immediately broke out the rest of my Touche Eclat pen to compare.
Color:
The Touche Eclat Radiant Touch in 1 is much more salmon.
The Radiant Glow in Very Light & Light are more similar to my skin tone than salmon-based.
Touch:
The Touche Eclat is slightly thicker and creamier.
The Radiant Glow is creamy and is the thickness of a nice essence.
Coverage:
The Touche Eclat covers dark circles more completely; it covers and erases for a more insta-perfect look.
The Radiant Glow covers skin with a liquid veil that always looks incredibly natural without erasing features.

Final Thoughts?
Grab the No7 and save the extra $29.00. This probably isn't going to cover really dark circles on it's own, but your skin will look slightly more perfected, with a natural, pretty glow. And unless you're mature, you probably don't need that much coverage anyway. Definitely avoid a splurge and still look fab with this Radiant Glow Under Eye Concealer!

Several years ago, I did this same comparison, except with the old No7 concealer! I found that the Touche Eclat in shade 2 is closer in color to the No7 shade 10. I basically agreed with your comments: deciding that the No7 was a better value for everyday (but not close up pictures). That is, until after a couple of months, the No7 went moldy on me. That completely skeeved me out. The YSL lived on without growing anything. Winner: YSL Touche Eclat. But I'm thinking this incarnation of the No7 is probably a better formula. And hey- the mold just proved that weren't heavy-duty preservatives in it; so I suppose that in the end, that's good, especially if you use your concealer a lot. At the time, I wasn't, so it had to last me longer, and it had more time to go nasty.

Using a top-notch concealer is key to achieving a flawless complexion.
