How to Get the Ombre Look Without Any of the Damage

Longing for the naturally beautiful look of ombre’d hair, but concerned about the damage to your already processed hair? Hairdo by Hair U Wear (the best clip-in hair, if you ask me) recently added a 16” Ombre Multi-level Fall to their collection. You didn't think you could actually bleach out the ends of your hair and not risk damage to your length, did you?

(That's not me. )

This multi-level extension clips into your hair in seconds without any damage. What is multi-level? It’s one wide band of hair that is clipped in, just behind the ears, and gives you a natural, layered look. You only add one piece (not multiple wefts) for instant length and color. You can attach the extension in moments and pretend it’s all yours.

Since they are styleable extensions, you can use light heat to help style the hair. Tools that use heat 350 degrees or lower should be just fine. Just be sure to use a styling tool with a temperature control.

(That lipstick is Clarins Rouge Eclat Tropical Pink, in case you were curious. I've never been stopped as much for the deets on a lipcolor than I have been while wearing this one.)

Check out how they look. I’ve worn them several times to work and to events and no one notices that they aren’t my own hair. It’s a great way to dip your toe into the trend pond without risking damage to your hair.

You can wear them shorter, making them blend in completely or position them lower for length. Pick up any of the available colors for $49 each.
