The Cellular Renewal Treatment consists of a granular treatment scrub and a serum. The granular scrub is made up of crystals that contain high doses of Vitamin C, as well as peptides. The serum contains salicylic and lactic acid to help aid in cell renewal at a slightly deeper level. The combination of these two methods of exfoliation create skin to die for. Well, maybe not actually die. But you'll definitely fall head over heels for the Beauty Bioscience Treatment!
To use this scrub, you start by cleansing your face. I used the Beauty Bioscience RetinoSyn Balancing Cleanser. This gel, with a slight ginger scent, left my skin feeling clean but not stripped.
Then I took a dollop of the bright orange scrub and gently massaged it into my skin with a circular motion. I let it sit on the surface of my skin for about three minutes (and made up a song which I sang to the cat, if I'm being totally honest).
Next, I applied a thin layer of the serum over the exfoliating crystals. This caused the crystals to almost instantly dissolve. I then left the serum and scrub mixture on my face for another two or three minutes (and made up a second verse of the song for Beanford McGillicuddy Jones, the cat).
Then I rinsed thoroughly, and actually used that cliched way of washing your face. Yes, I literally splashed water on to my face several times. Removing a very granular scrub is the only time I can see anyone actually cleansing by splashing. Honestly, do you EVER do that?
My skin immediately felt incredibly smooth and quite unlike it has before. This scrub means business! After oohing and ahhing to myself for a few moments, I sealed the deal by adding a bit of their RetinoSyn Ultimate Moisturizing Cream.
If your skin has a dull appearance, Cellular Renewal Treatment will definitely encourage a 180-degree turnaround. All kidding aside, every time I use this, I marvel at how amazing my skin feels for days afterwards. While I was working on this post they launched on HSN, offering some nice deals! Be sure to check them out there as well!
