Dalton 3 in 1 Multi-Tasking Cream Foundation

My requirements for finding great foundations have changed slightly as I get older. Back in the day, I wanted a touch of coverage that let my freckles show through. Now, my freckles have turned into age spots, my eyes need a little more help in the under eye department and my skin needs all of the help it can get to remain radiant. So foundations with skin care in them are a huge bonus!

For days when I want a little more coverage then my usual liquid foundation, I'm really liking Dalton's 3 in 1 Multi-Tasking Cream Foundation. It gives a true medium amount of coverage, easily hiding flaws and imperfections. I recently underwent a bout of temple zits, no doubt from sleeping with my Wen 613 in my hair, wrapped in a towel. This foundation covered nicely, but I did follow up with the Dalton concealer, which hid them 100%.

(Me with no makeup whatsoever. Lots of discoloration and uneven skin tones.)

This foundation has a strange appearance in the pan. Instead of a smooth, creamy surface, as soon as you touch it, its true texture is revealed.

You'll see little round spheres appear in the foundation. These visible spheres are filled with hyaluronic acid, which is a godsend in foundation.

(No makeup other than the foundation and a little Dalton Concealer, hiding the blemishes at my temples. It's like a clean canvas.)

Hyaluronic acid not only plumps fine lines and skin, it also helps keep your skin hydrated throughout the day without feeling greasy. It's the main ingredient I insist on in my foundation these days.

(The final result, including Dalton's Nude Lip Wardrobe.)

The foundation wears nicely throughout the day and never settles into fine lines. It also doesn't go yellow or oily on me. If you need a true medium amount of coverage, this is a foundation you should consider!
